Intuitive Massage- Healing sessions

I offer intuitive massage creating and holding a beautiful nurturing space in my private home here in Redhead Beach.

It is an entire experience beginning with herbal tea to open space and let you soften in without rush, youre then taken into the treatment room for a 60 minute massage with your chosen essential oils for healing.

The massage is intuitive to tour current energy and intention set.

I use my Reiki and Yoga training to intuitively hold space.

Using soft flowing movements and light to medium pressure to release the body and calm the nervous system.

You will be left feeling calm, rejuvenated and re energised

$80 for the 80 minute experience

‘Women’s Day Retreats

Do you feel tired, overwhelmed, exhausted, like your often holding everyone one around you and have such little time for YOU?

Here is a day to make yo feel renewed, to leave feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated to go back to you life seeing it all through a new lense.

Who is this for? Any woman wishing to no longer feel tired, exhausted and disconnected. If you wish to feel inspired, empowered and like you’ve been away in Bali on a 5 day retreat, then this is for you.

What will we do? We will connect with eachother to feel relaxed and comfortable to be who we are.

WE will move through a delicious Yoga class, we will see the bay, the beach and the most beautiful views once we walk to the top of Tomaree Headland (all ages from children to elderly are capable of this walk)

Do I need any experience? None whatsoever, as long as you are capable of walking for 20-30 minutes, we will have a somewhat active day in b]perfect balance with relaxation, beginning with a beautifully light yoga class , this is open to al levels and I always give modifications for all so that you can feel included and empowered to get what your body and mid require.

I feel nervous…… Amazing, so do I often yet I choose to switch these feelings for excitement as thats all it is : )

And dont you worry, as most of us usually feel the same feelings, we are all in this together and simply come together creating this safe and supportive space for all to flourish in and fee comfortable.

You’ll need

  • An open heart and mind ready to receive….

  • Comfortable clothes to sit and move in Yoga & walk in, runners, a yoga mat (let me know if you need to hire one), a water bottle, hat or sun protection, swimmer and a towel.
